All my breads are thoroughly cooled after baking, wrapped in plastic wrap, wrapped in foil, and frozen to ensure freshness by the time it reaches your door. You can freeze the breads for up to 3 months from baking date, or enjoy right away. Once opened, your bread will keep a few days on the counter as long as you reseal well, or you can keep it in your fridge for about a week after opening.
All my jams can be stored up to 12 to 18 months as long as the seal is not broken on the lid. Once the seal has been broken, the jam must be refrigerated and will keep about1 month in the refrigerator, though some people have reported keeping it longer.
